139: Always done it that way

Are you managing your practice the same way year-in and year-out?

Let’s face it…things change.  But are you changing your practice to keep up with change?

Far too often, Chiropractors are working so hard in patient care, they forget to also run their business like an entrepreneur.  And true entrepreneurs maintain a key eye on all aspect of practice

While it’s admirable to want to do MORE, you have to be careful about how you do it.  Action without a plan could potentially damage your practice and keep you from the success you hope to gain from doing MORE.  

To make a plan you have to dig deep into your practice to see what the effects may be of doing MORE and ask questions about what you really need versus what you want.  

For example, if you feel like you need MORE new patients, what is creating that need?  Not knowing the answer may cause you to take the wrong action.
